98 Ek overheating!!!!
So I'm new to Honda tech and I have an 98 ek i was driving it and it was pretty hot today and I look down and noticed my temperature gauge was pretty high i did have my a/c running and I pulled over and let it cool down to regular temperature and started driving again and went back up pretty quick then I pulled over again turned the heat all the way on and proceeded to drive home about 20 minutes and the temperature stayed at regular with the heat running and when I got home checked the fuses and relay and the fan all of that stuff was good any suggestions? I live in Washington and so I've had car for 4 months never had this problem but it hasn't been hot sense I've owned the car. Thanks

For starters, you don't have an EK, you either have an EJ6, EJ7, or EJ8.
Now that we have that out of the way, you need to start off by bleeding/burping and topping off your coolant. Does any smoke come out of the exhaust? You should also do a compression test.

Re: 98 Ek overheating!!!!
Then your engine should theoretically be OK.
Check your coolant level, top it off if necessary, and bleed/burp the system. Burping is incredibly easy - park the car pointed up a hill, or on jack stands/ramps, make sure the car is cooled down, remove the radiator cap, fill the radiator to the brim and the overflow bottle to the "low" mark, and start the car. Let it idle until the radiator fan turns on and back off twice.
