Well I guess since I'm on some "trial period", I'll post some pics of my POS. I was a member on here a few years ago or so, but never posted. Forgot all my info, so I created another account, and decided try and be more active here.

Anyways...here is my 98 EK DX...POS.

When I first got the bitch...had hubcaps on it, but I took em off.


I put an exhaust on it, and it came with that HUGE muffler...which is gone now.


Rocking that ebay header when I was still rocking the D16.


Ebay intake also....lawl



Few months later, I got rear lip and front MG lip...03 EP3 Si wheels, and lowered.



Hit a stump...screwed my front bumper and lip up..bought this UGLY *** Wings West bumper for $30 as a temp fix. Rattle canned it black.


Got tired of it, ordered a new bumper and a knock off Type R lip.



Had a GSR swap done...





Put on yellow fog lights.


Put on Gold Drag wheels..




So yes, you can see that I had a B18 in there but too many problems so I had a B16 swapped in it.

I blew the head gasket so that's being done right now and I'm having some Wiseco pistons and rods dropped into her a this very moment also. Then I'm gonna have Tampa Mike, tune it.

Still needs more work...

The correct CTR lip for your year looks like this:



Just someting about that 99-00 lip on a 96-98 is meh.

I don't mind the look of the lip that I have on at the moment, although the one you have shown me does look like it would flow a lot better.

Should paint match your lips and drop that GSR back in with some CTR cams asap.

The bumper and lips will be painted eventually, along with the entire car.

I don't have the GSR any longer. I'm just getting my B16a2 built and then I'm done with it.

ive heard the skunk2 cams were good but i also heard some people dont like them. youve done good work with the car tho

Well, not that anyone cares, but my car is torn apart right now. I was having the rods and pistons put in, but well that didn't turn out so well. The person I purchased them from said the rods would fit in my B16a2, well they don't. They are GSR rods.

Well I found a nice B18c1 block for $100, from a friend, and I've decided to do a some what "Poor Man's TypeR"....I just don't have the internals in the head for it to be a true one I suppose.

Hope to have it up and running in a week or so, since I still need some parts for the block and then I need to have it tuned.

Yeah, I know no one is ever done, but after I get this POS running...I don't think I'll sink that much if any more money into it motor wise.

I would like to get it painted.
