Why are you changing them? is one burnt out? It'd be wise to change all of them all at once.

In a Junkyard near you.
You can change all of them. Not sure why you would want to. But just abpve the gauge cluster in the trim there are two philips head screws. Take those out pull the trim panel off with a good deal of force. Then there are 4 10mm bolts (i think) holding it in. Get those off unplug the connectora and there ya go the bulbs will be a protruding socket that you do a 1/4 turn to remove.

Re: (duggy)
No, just changing the color on them(for my girlfriend, she drives a 98 civic)...i am going to change all of them at once, i was just wondering what size and which bulbs to change, i have a 95 civic and mine had 6 bulbs to change, i used the DIY that duggy just posted to help with mine, but i wasn't sure if the clusters were the same or not.
