Tuning for my car
I have a 98’ civic EX coupe, I have an apexi exhaust, an air intake, I’m getting an intake manifold for it. I wanted to tune it, should I tune the stock ECU? Or any other suggestions for good ECUS

1. You CANNOT tune that ECU. Will have to step down to an OBD1 ecu.
