Ok guys here's the rundown:

I have a 98 civic cx, The harness I'm using is an obd2 96-98 ex , the motor is a 01' JDM ITR, and I'm also using an MSD blaster coil. I get spark, I get fuel but it still wont start! I've read the Thread by jdmlyfestyle like 20 times and have found the clip in my hatch, it's actually blue by the ECU. I turn the key to the on position and no check engine light, I short out the clip and the check engine light stays on, I just don't get it! I'm running out of ideas here, I've done swaps before and I mean I've had problems, but atleast they started and went from there! The starter and the alternator work, I can hear the car almost starting up at times but never gets there. I do have some extra clips, but everything on the motor has atleat been clipped in. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
