98 civic lx power windows problem

98 civic lx power windows problem
well my rear driver side rolls down but doesnt wanna roll up and its not the switch. also the passenger front works fine using the driver controls but when you use its own switch it doesnt work. and i took out the rear passenger switch to test out on the front passenger and its the same. cause the rear passenger works fine. i check all fuses and they all work. i used a fuse test light to. the driver side dont work also but i know its the motor.
need some help on the problems.
