Alright, before anyone flame you with "use the search bar" here's what you need and what you need to know.
Need to know:
-How to use the search bar. =P
-OBD emissions (for ECU purposes, ex. 92-95 OBD1, 96-98 OBD2a, 99-00 OBD2b, and it's a bit different for Integras)
-How to work on a car if you are doing it by yourself.
-Do it right or be prepare to spend money for parts.)
-Take your time and plan it out.
Parts you need:
-Rear "T" bracket from 99-00 Si(US) or SiR(Canadian)
-Driver side timing block mount from 99-00 Si(US) or SiR(Canadian)
-OBD2a P72 GSR ECU
-B Series shift linkage (94-01 Integra, 99-00 Civic Si)
-B Series Axles w/ ABS rings (If you have ABS)
-To keep your A/C without changing to B-Series A/C lines -----> Delsol Vtec P54 bracket or 97-2001 CR-V P7J bracket.
Then since you have a hatchback, I'm assuming you either have a DX or CX which doesn't come with Vtec so you will need to wire that up.
As for ECUs, the best would be to run a OBD2a P72 GSR ECU. JDM one if possible because the JDM motors does not have the crank fluctuation sensor by the oil pump so you will be having a CEL on until you fool it. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) Or you can run an OBD1 P28 w/ OBD2a to OBD1 conversion harness which will run lean until you chip it, or a P73 Type R ECU which will run too rich. Anything that is not OBD2a you will need a conversion harness.
I think there is more parts you need like a 99-00 Civic Si throttle cable? (Correct me if I'm wrong.) And if it is your first time doing this, have fun taking the "bitch pin" out of the shift linkage, front lower control arm ball joints, and axles. =]

you don't really need to search, just click on the FAQ section above, it'll tell you ALL you need to know. Then if you need to fill in the blanks, then you can search.
