Hi, I have a 98 civic ex stock. I bought the car with blown head gasket so I don't know its previous performance. When I removed the head I saw the knock sensor was broken so I replaced it. After the install I cleared all codes and went for a ride. PO325 showed up so I checked the knock sensor and replaced it with a new one. I read that the knock sensor should be installed snug so I only went as far as when I first felt resistance on the wrench. Now after a few months PO325 continues to come up. Car performs weak since the timing is not advancing. Now I have PO505 showing up with PO325. I read that this might be because the ECM needs reprogramming for idle control after the Head install. And that this might fix the knock sensor problem. Anyone know if this is true or do I need to look for broken wires and vacuum leaks?

hello guy, do you can solve this problem i have the same problem and i change de ECM wires and knock sensor but the light comes again with code p0325

Clean the IACV and test the KS wires.
