98 civic ex, help with swapping a gsr enigine
I have a 98 civic ex coupe, im thinking of swapping in either a type r or gsr engine, i just want to know what will i have to do to make a gsr work?
i've researced and heard that i have to get an ecu, shift linkage, half shaft, axles from a 94+ integra, plus the engine and tranny. If theres anything else i need please let me know.
thanks for your time.

You will need a rear Dog Bone Shaped Tranny mount out of a 99-00 SI to bolt the engine in.

yeah, you'll need the drivers side motor mount and the rear tranny mount from a 99-00 si. However, i have a gsr swap in my ek hatch and i just broke the drivers side mount , so it might be a wise choice to go with hasport motor mounts.
