more info? the car is fine if you just let it sit, but when you turn on the a/c the rpm idle about 800 rpm to 1,100 rpm. before all this happen I put in new water pump and rear main seal/ oil pan gasket.

Sorry, I didn't see what else you wrote. The car doesn't idle if the a/c is off. The rpm jumps when the a/c is turn on, and it jump at about 800rpm to 1,100rpm

so does it bounce from 800 to 1000 to 800 to 1000
If the idle is 800 and just raises to 1000 when AC is turned on is normal.. its the load the AC is putting on the small engine.completely normal. If it was a V6, you wouldnt notice it as much.

It's not just raising it's jumping up and down up and down, @ about 800 to 1,100 rpm. it just doesn't stay on 1,100 rpm. it's idling...

Clean your IAVC on back of intake manifold.
theres a screen that you will need to spray with carb cleaner till it comes out clean. let dry then re-assemble. If theres coolant that came out, start car and put on heater to full blast.
remove radiator cap and rev engine a little to let the air bubbles work their way to the top. add coolant if level goes down.
when theres no more bubbles, cap it off and your done.

Okay, just got done cleaning and putting everything back together IAVC.
The car still idle if the a/c is turn on, but when the a/c is turn off I notices something else, when I barely step on the gas the engine sounds like it's gonna die and it shake for like 10sec and then back to it's normal sound. Normal sound is at 700 rpm. and if the car just sit there engine running it doesn't make any sound or shake.

If it wasn't doing this before you did the water pump, I'm almost 100% sure that your timing is off now. Double check it to make sure it's right.
