98 Civic ex/b18b1 swap - Could my timing belt have slipped a tooth on the crank gear?
So today my car started getting a weird vibration whenever it is stopped and idling. I looked under the hood and my engine seems louder than it normally is, a lot of metallic sounds. My timing belt used to be somewhat loose between my exhaust cam and crank gear and now its is pretty much tight. Could my timing belt have slipped a tooth on the crank gear?

From what I can tell the vibration is coming from my transmission. It sounds like a bearing is going bad. what would be making that noise? And it only does it when its idling, perfect any other time. Is there a ilder bearing in si transmissions?

Pedal in or out? Pedal in is throw out bearing. Pedal out is input shaft bearing

I just got done investigating for almost an hour and I still cannot find the source of the vibrating.
It doesn't do it all the time, only when the engine is under 1k rpm's. I can only feel it in the pedals, and whenever I look in the engine bay, I don't see or hear anything abnormal that would make the pedals vibrate like that.
If it was a transmission bearing, would I be able to feel it in the shifter? I'm assuming the vibration from the transmission would transfer up through the shift linkage.
I'm starting to think it's coming from my alternator, since at night I can see my lights get dimmer and brighter when going from low to high engine loads, ect. Is it possible the vibration could be caused by a bad alternator bearing or something similar?

I've confirmed that the noise and vibration is not coming from the transmission.
My engine oil was about half full, and there is oil leaking out from under my oil filter and a couple other spots. I think the noise is due to low oil pressure/levels.
