Default 98 civic ex for 93 del sol w/ ls swap

What do you guys think of a trade of my 98 civic EX clean title 104k miles with a dent on quarter panel (about 600-900 fix) for a 93 del sol with a ls swap that has already been BAR'd and state ref'd? The owner told me that the only problem is that the car burns a little bit of oil and he has no paperwork for the engine, but VIN and everything is still in tact. Either way, I plan to swap a LS/VTEC into my civic and if I trade my car for a del sol with a ls swap with all the paperwork taken care of, I figure I would save loads of money and time. Do you guys think this would be a fair trade?

I wouldn't do it, because you don't know how well the swap was done. I'd rather do it myself
