Default 98 Civic Ek front lower control arm question

Hi guys, I need to change my front lower control arm. I bought the car that have a broken one, I've been doing some research and I see that it's a pretty straight forward process.
My question is... How hard is it? and also any special tips to make the job easier or things that I have to make sure on?
Thank you so much!

The higher you lift the car, the easier it will be. Also, you need to load rhe suspension before final torque. So not even hand tight bolts, load suspension then torque. Its an extremely straight forward process.

Takes quite an impact to break a lower control arm. Are you sure there's no additional damaged suspension parts?

I just bought the car... the last owner said that he was going down hill around 50mph and smashed on the brakes to avoid hitting a stopped car and because the tires were bald but had more thread on the right front, the car pulled to the right hard and he hit the curb. I didn't even had a chance to pick up the car from his yard but I am getting a uhaul tomorrow so I can bring it home and start to take things apart. Oh yea he said that the rotor broke as well but he got a new one.
Thank all of you guys for the input.. luckly I just bought a new jack as well so since my old one didn't go too high. I'm hoping to knock this job off this week!

So far that's all what I can see... he said that the car needs a new rotor which he got one and the lower control arm.
