I have a 98 civic dx i bought as a shell, I swapped a b18b swap I had laying around and after I started the car it had a solid CEL code 0, car drives and idles fine but that code is still there and bothers me. So far i changed main relay, main power relay, cleaned battery terminals, cleaned t-stat ground, checked all fuses. Still same outcome I turn key CEL is solid stays on when i crank and turn car on stays on still no difference, when i jump connector it will go off but as soon as I pull connector off it comes back on. Im out of ideas at this time, please throw some imput out for me ill be messing with it for little while longer.
