I recently finished installing a b18c1 into my 1998 Civic DX, and i was wondering if anyone knew for sure what cat-back exhaust I will need to get so that it will bolt up to the gsr manifold and cat.

I just wanna make sure i buy the correct exhaust and don't have to go through returning it if it doesn't fit.


I understand the Dx/Lx/Hx differ from the ex and si's becaust of the cat being part of the down pipe.

So if anyone knows for sure that would help me out a ton, Thanks!

You aren't going to find a exhaust that bolts-up to the B18C1 without some modification.

I did the same type of motor swap to my 98 EX and had the exhaust shop lengthen and add flanges to my Carsound Cat (GS-R Application) so that it mated up to my stock EX exhaust, then I ordered an exhaust for the EX/Si application.
Granted your exhaust hangers are in the same place as a Si/EX you could order the exhaust for that application as well.
