Icon3 98 Civic (b20z2 swap/p72 ecu) runs like a 2 cycle engine - need help and ideas!

going to start off with car information

1998 ex coupe with a b20z2 swap running a p72 ecu OBD2

I needed to change my clutch in my car. took off the clutch replaced the flywheel while i was in there and decided at the same time clean up my wiring harness it was a little jacked up ( wire loom falling apart ) so I took it out cleaned it up changed the parts put a new new ignition parts cap, rotor, wires, plugs. I got everything back together changed the fuel filter and got ready to start her up. I let it prime three times key on key off then proceeded to turn it on all it wanted to do was turn over would run at all.

I then checked for spark, I was getting it, check fuel had tons of it, plugs were soaked. and obviously was getting air. I began to think i screwed up the timing when I changed the flywheel so I replaced the timing belt and tensioner while I was down there I said why not got it at TDC lined up the cams, made sure the dizzy was at number one everything looked great! once again about to go fire it up nothing just turned over.

I then proceeded to check compression #1-60 #2-95 #3-60 #4-115 I was pretty shocked because before all of this it ran like a champ. I automatically think its rings

Today we checked again #1-120 #2-120 #3-120 #4-115 we poured a little motor oil to see if it would help #1-150 #2-150 #3-145 #4-130, so I was pretty sure that was the issue. I also read these b20's have issues with the valves... could it be a valve problem??? or piston rings??? I need help I have checked everything and anything, I even thought it was a catalytic converter and one point so I unbolted the cat and now it runs like a 2 cycle engine, and it will only run with the pedal half way, any faster it wants to die any slower it wants to die but eventually it dies :/ I just do not get how this could happen from driving it around then to this

PLEASE HELP!!! and ideas of what it could be

email me SkylineDUDE2005@yahoo.com thanks

Is spark bright white at all 4 plugs? Plug wires installed in correct firing order?

yes I just bought a new coil (today 3/1) and it fires a hell of alot better, it has the right firing order and the plugs are new as well

No not yet, it was firing before I would just have to floor the gas in order for it to even run at 500rpms. It just sounds like a a crazy miss fire or like my timing is off, but I already triple checked the timing on the car and its fine

Well we went back to timing because everything we did pointed back to timing so we took it apart again this time I looked at the mechanical not the points on to which you make you timing off of and sure enough my cams were 180 out butbif you go off of the arrows on the cams it was the right way. So we flipped them the 180 put everuthing back to tdc and on the first crank she turned on, best feeling in the world haha.

Thanks for all the input everyone gave me great info for if it ever is something else
