98 Civic with B18c swap problem with the knock senor
Have anyone have this problem before? I pull out my knock senor from the motor and notice that there isn't any oil on it, it look super dry and clean the inside look like brand new. I read a little about it on the honda book and it said that it suppose to have oil on it when you pull it out. What is it that is causing this issues, anyone?
And yes I'm having a CEL on using a P72. CEL is for the knock senor and not just that, when the CEL comes on the whole motor just turn into junk, shaking, running ruff.

Oil on it? It's just a threaded hole in the block. What is the Pxxxx code? Either you have a bad sensor or bad wiring mostly likely.
