b16a idles up and down if i tap the gas
i got a jdm b16a and the car idles fine but if i tap the gas it will idle up and down and keep doing it and there are no vacume leaks... anythin particular i should try or need...

Any CEL codes?
Is the throttle cable adjusted too tightly? it should have about 1/2" of slack.
Is the throttle body dirty, causing the throttle plate to stick slightly open?
Is the throttle cable binding?

its got a cel light im in the process of figuring out the codes now.. and ill check the throtle cable and throtle body..and thats all good ill clean the iacv let ya know how i make out thankss
