Default 97 honda civic EX exhaust manifold

So the exhaust manifold is cracked at the o2 sensor just like everyone else. I was wondering were the cheapest place to buy a replacement part would be, or any recommendations of where to buy. It's the one with the cat. converter attached to the manifold. Looking to keep it stock.

thanks,
Craig.

Sounds like a DX exhaust manifold to me. If I were you I'd look for an EX one, get an Cat converter and exhaust/muffler and replace it. I did that on my Sedan and old coupe and loved the end result.

That DX exhaust manifold cracks in that spot in all those manifolds, might as well replace it with one that won't keep doing it.

i was able to get my dx manifold replaced for free @ honda, it was covered under a recall, it would be who of you to go buy the stealership & see if your vin qualifies for the recall replacement.

Thanks for the advice, i called 3 places and they all said its 8/80,000 i exceed that by 1 year and about 10,000 miles. I am guessing ebay is the best thing for this?

thanks for your help...

You could do ebay.. but thats if you dont mind taking a risk at getting no name made in hablagasia sweat shop factory crap. if i were you i would spend a little more and go with a well known brand and professional install
