i have a few problem with my car and see if anyone can help me.

just stalled a y8 tranny/w new clutch and lightweight fly wheel in my y7 hatch and everything looked good, but my tranny won't let me go into gear 1 and 2 smoothly like the other gears. is hard for me to shift to gear 1 and 2, so i have to force the gear in to get in gear 1 and 2. whats causinig this problem? please help thx

will a 8 lb flywheel and a aem pulley kit be a good combo for my ride?
will a lightweight flywheel be ok when smoging?
will a lightweight flywheel and a aem pulley kit affect smoging?

Did you put fluid in the tranny.

yes i did and putted mtf in the tranny. i've also took it for a drive and was all good but 1st an 2nd was still hard to shift, i still have to force it in. car also ran better with light weight flywheel. thx for reply.

Check your linkage, it might be binding

linkage is fine.
