97 ex window motor. clueless?

97 ex window motor. clueless?
so i know my motor is weak pass. side. and i went and took the door pannel off and i am totally clueless on how you get the motor out of the door. ive tried searching but nothings detailed very good on how to do this. link me if you know any good writeups. Thanks

Helm service manual - pages 20-6 to 20-7 cover replacing the window motor and regulator.
I'm without the ability to post images at the moment or I'd post the pages.
your best bet is to pick up the Helm for your car, it's priceless.
