Default 97 ex civic rich

i got a 97 ex civic and it is runnin rich. i got a obx fuel rail and regulator. I also got a VACF. how would go abotu adjusting it to lean out the mixture. also my check engine light will come on at low speeds, could the rich mixture be affecting this. o and also have a chiped ecu.

So basically you have a stock engine that you are dumping a ton of extra fuel into? Or do you have any other mods besides just an chipped ecu, fpr and VAFC?

all of the engine mods i have are as followed.
skunk 2 intake manifold
obx fuel rail
obx fuel pressure regulator
VAFC
Chipped P28
Apexi N1 cat back exhaust
DC sports headers
Iceman intake
Nology hotwires

just get a fuel pressure gauge and set your fuel pressure to STOCK. then ZERO out your vafc until you get some decent mods and get it tuned.

i was going to look for a shop near me to dyno/tune it for me. thanks for the info. i am going to change out the fuel regulator and rail. it was on it when i got it.
