Just took mine off the other day, it has 2 clips on the underside (near towhook), 2 screws (one in each wheel-well), the 4 screws on each mudflap, and three nuts on the inside of the trunk.

When I did mine I found that patience, lots of lighting and a bit of cursing helped. Plus I have a trailer hitch for some reason (previous owner) which was kind of in the way.

What trailer hitch do you have, is it tucked under? Been thinking about putting one on mine for a bike rack.

This will also help me since I have to replace my rear bumper also. Thanks

It is 5 nuts, not 3 in the trunk. Otherwise, really good info. The ones inside the trunk are 10mm and I think the ones on the underside are 12mm.

Thanks for the correction. Mine had 3 because of the bracket was broken, ordered a new one though.
