Wife's car... 97 Civic LX automatic, stock, if you want the specs you'll die of boredom.

The point- windshield squirters have very low pressure. The lines that carry the windshield juice don't appear kinked in any way, however, they do feel that they have hardened up over time.

I have tried to clean the 'jets' with a needle, broke the needle. So I figured I'd ask you guys as to what I should check and replace first, second, and so on.

It could be your pump is weak or about to go.

this. check the tank and pump, sometimes it can get gunked up. a new pump is cheap from auto zone.

Check the pump and the tank for dirt.

You can also get washer jets from a rsx, they fit perfectly and spray a lot better than stock civic ones.

I was able to clear my washer nozzles using a needle and compressed air.
