97 Civic sedan SWAP???
I bought a 97 civic DX sedan for a pretty good price and I was just looking for some advice, The car only has 27K on the motor but the ***** D16y7 isnt enough for my boyish needs. Was looking into a swap and I was thinking about a H22A. I know its heavy but its stock 200hp for a cheap price. Anyone think a B16 or B18 would be a better choice???

Upto you...
Can go either way. You got a sedan, its heavier to begin with.. dropping in an H22 wont be that big of a deal so long as you upgrade the suspension as well - and as long as you dont ever expect your civic to be a "cone chaser"

Yeah, I was going to work on the suspension first, Looking into the Tein Damper kits, and skunk to Chamber kits. Sway bars and ect... I'm lookin for tork, excell mainly... i live in NY and would love to make a sleeper out of a sedan. I like the H22A but saw it in a HX and it only ran 15's. I like the GSR 18C1, but its pricey..... To many engines so little money Thanks for your view though.
