EDIT- Listen to Ron, he knows his **** when it comes to electrical diagnosis.
In his original post he said he replaced the fan switch.

Yea I did but the one I got from Kragen was kinda dirty on the bottom but I was to lazy to go back so I just used it. It has a 1 year warranty on it and I just changed it recently so I can just take it back and call the warranty on it.

Just in case swap it. When you did it, I looked at my thermo housing and the hose is in the way to use a socket wrench, did you pull the hose back to get to it?

no i just unplugged the connector put a 24MM socket on and used an extension to remove it. I didnt have to move any hoses

Thanks for all the input. As I was bleeding my cooling system the fans kicked on so I guess that worked. Thanks a lot.

When you bleed it, did it burp coolant through the radiator neck?

I have the same issue I haven't bled it but I jumped it my relay works my fan works but it's not turning on
