97 civic problems
I just changed the alternator yesterday, i still have a charging problem, the cel is still on also, and i still cant get obd to work. i charged the battery today and put it back on the car and its not drawing enough volts amps. checked all fuses and wires are good. could it be my computer?

Have you tried pulling the CEl codes using the jumper wire method (see forum CEL sticky)?
Did someone forget to remove a jumper wire from the service connector?
