97 Civic OBD Code Info
Hi - I'm new here, so sorry if this has been asked before.
My '97 Honda Civic just failed inspection. I was given the following fault codes. I looked up the definition of each, but I don't understand what they mean, or whether one sets off the other. Can anyone shed some light? I just like to be in the know before I bring it somewhere to have the problem fixed.

Is this serious? Will it be costly?
Might this be something I could have my auto tech-savvy friend do?
