Ok ive had this issue before with other civics and i just changed the fan switch and problem fixed. Not this time.
So far ive changed the radiator cap, fan switch, thermostat, and completely bled the cooling system. Still not working. I noticed the lower hose is never warm, while running and after motors off. Any ideas what could be wrong. And i have checked the fan, it works fine. Checked fuses, fine. Ive only checked if it turns on while it idles in the garage. Could it be because im not driving. Let me know what you think. Thanks

if the lower hose isnt getting warm after 30-40 min then you need to check your thermostat again. take it out and put the thermostat in boiling water and check if it opens

well i just put a brand new one in that i bought like 2 hours ago. ill check it tho cus i know parts sometimes come defective

decided to reflush the whole system and put new coolant. did a thorough bleed and now she works. musta had air somewhere in the system. thanks for the ideas tho
