Just like the diagram shows -- Blu/Blk wire to A12.

Properly repin just the Blu/Blk wire into A12.

And you didn't answer my questions in the last post. Your problem seems to be sloppy wiring.

Ron blue and black wire is pinned to a12..disregard the black wire..I removed it..it was there because I had that wire running to the iacv connector in the engine bay..I removed it and checked voltage at the pin and got 11v..can I just run the wire straight to the ecu..and not go through the harness..

Was the 11V measured from pin A12 in disconnected ECU connector A with the key in ON(II) with the engine off? If so, what voltage do you measure across the two battery posts and from the Yel/Blk wire in the unplugged IACV connector?

If the IACV clicks when you ground A12, then the ECU may be bad.

The right direction..my idle surges up nd down nd if I unplug the iacv it stablizes.. please help I also checked the tps.. and I'm running and ls ecu..I also want to run the tps wires straight to the ecu how do I go about doing that..thank you very much for your help..

any input helps please..

I'm having the same problem right now too I have a B16 in my 97 Acura Integra GSR with the same problem but I've been going through everything to check to see what's the problem it can only be two to three things make sure you check all your vacuum lines going to the idle air control valve if everything is good there check the idle air control valve and make sure it's not clogged or dirty if so go ahead and change it and make sure your wire connector on your idle air control valve is connected all the way ..now if that doesn't work check your throttle body start the car and just let it idle make sure you keep your hood open walk to your throttle body and try to push down the throttle body cable and if your RPMs drop down when you push it down then go back inside the car and give it a little gas make sure it's in neutral give it a little gas then let off and if it's still idling kinda high still push down the throttle body cable again if it idles fine when you push down the throttle body cable that means you need to buy a new throttle body to fix the idle air control valve I just order my brand new throttle body . I hope that will helped you out ... sometimes you just got to play project of elimination.... PS also make sure you check your coolant level that can also cause the idle air control valve not to function properly

And make sure your idle air control valve is for a B16 engine that plays a big difference because some of the idle air control valve cannot handle the VTEC....

Are you running the stock ECU and wire harness?

And it also could be your fuel injector...

Do you realize you are replying to 6 year old posts? There is a high probability that the person you are replying to doesn't even own that vehicle anymore.

If you are having issues with your car, you should start your own thread with your car information and if desired, reference this thread if it's in line with your challenges.
