Default 97 civic hx boot/axle help

So i took off all 4 rims to get them powder coated, and on the back of the rim was grease (front passenger side)

and so i looked and the boot was ripped and wasnt completely on the axle.
so does this mean i can replace the boot?

or do i have to buy the whole axle(which should come installed with the boot and grease) and install the whole axle on the car.?

EDIT** it looks like only the boot that is ripped is the one connected to the brake pad
the other boot looks fine. the boot is cut in half because i pulled it and it split from half way

Might as well replace the whole axle since the boot costs a couple bucks less than a whole new axle.

Honda OEMs are like $250, and thats just for like a half axle. Doesnt include the inner cv joint. at least where I got it. Autozone are like 100 or so per axle, but they have been known to be crappy.

There are a couple DIY on here but to sum it up, unstake axle nut with a chisel and hammer, get a big breaker bar + long pipe and crack the axle nut loose while the car is on the ground. Jack it up, remove wheel, use mallet to knock the axle out of hub, unbolt upper ball joint nut, unbolt tie rod nut, swing hub out of the way. use large pry bar to remove inner joint from trans.
