Default 97 Civic Headlight Question

Is it possible to fit 99-00 civic headlights on a 97 civic with no mods?

You have to change the lights hood fenders and the bumper and grill I think.

everything needs to be changed
fenders
hood
bumper
grille
lights (duh)
modification to the rad support

whole changeover. if you look around enough, you should be able to find an si frontend for about $300-400.
