97 Civic H22 swap questions

So I've got my H22 mounted in the car (97 DX) I'm trying to use the factory prelude harness and ECU. With everything plugged in, I turn the key and nothing happens. What part of the civic harness do I need to splice in?

Check for your ground wires make sure ur getting ground or else wont start does it aleast sound like it wants to start?

If you're not good with wiring, you can have rywire make you a harness.
