Exedy is fine.... just make sure the pressure plate AND the disc it's self is exedy, sometimes they sell the exedy plate with a pos disc.

As Bswapped state, They sell legit items but also mixed kits. Send it a message and ask if is a Exedy complete kit.

I bought from them for one of my civics a kit with ACT HD P.P. and F1 bronze disc and throw out bearing.

any d-series flywheel will fit so long as it's meant for a d-series.

OEM no need for a lightweight one on your car.

That's seems WAY to cheap, they say it's exedy but I highly doubt it...I can't seem to find anything for much more so maybe that's the going rate it will fit I just don't know how long it'll last.

Agreed it does if I had to go with one it would be that, glad to see a beginner that actually looks for details in listings etc vs going for the cheapest thing out there.... keep it up.

Going cheap for these parts just not the way to go at all I'm still skeptical bout buying it being its sooooo cheap compared to other sites hoping someone chimes in that bought these kits from eBay

How is this cheap for you guys? Its a exedy OE clutch that sells for like $78 by itself, IIRC. Add in a cheap flywheel...and you're at $150.

Why do you want a flywheel? I'd just resurface the stock one.

I've bought a few clutches from these guys. They're legit. The flywheel is not exedy...it's some off brand (F1).

Try rockauto.com or other sites for the clutch to compare pricing.

The bottom link I posted is one with the exedy flywheel and I will not have the time to take mine to machine shop that's why I'm just gonna replace it also when in there. The kits from grip force do not seem legit compared to the latest link I added

F1 is cheap stuff. F1 also makes clutch disc supposedly "race quality" and pressure plates. Everyone I've read who has installed an F1 clutch has had issues in less than a year. That's including their "stage 3" clutch kit.

I would avoid any F1 product from the reviews I've come across for their products.

This is the upgrade I've been thinking about trying. The reviews of the people who have bought this companies clutches have been pretty pleased with them. The pressure plate some have said is an ACT plate or OEM plate depending on which LBS grip plate you are ordering.

He's not going to like a puck clutch for DD at all plus they wear faster then a fullface.

No it isnt. It says "heavy duty oe flywheel". Means it's some off brand OE weight flywheel.

The rest of the stuff says exedy/daikin brand.

Gripforce has legitimate listings. People just have to be able to read. $174 for a stock clutch and a stock weighted flywheel seem "too cheap to be true" for you? Would you feel better if I bought it and then sold it to you for $300? Again...the clutch itself is under $80 from most places.
