I was woundering if anyone knows if you could put a h23 into a 97 civic coupe? I have the motor I just got a good deal on a 97 shell. I was woundering if it can be done what things would I need for the swap. Sorry I am new 2 this type of swap, I had other type of swaps before if that helps. Thanks

Re: 97 Civ w/h23 (kidteck)
Search the Hybrid forums.
But I'll give you a quick answer.
Besides the motor and tranny, you'll need a motor mount kit from Hasport/Place Racing/or others. Also you'll need the shifter cables/assembly from any 92+Prelude/90+Accord.
Axles, you can go the OEM route and get the 4G Accord/2G Teg axle combo....or go custom.
Wiring is the same with any VTEC swap. And you'll need a P14 ECU. (Only computer to control IAB, but not VTEC)
