Default 96 lx b20 power steering questions

I’ve spent the last two hours reading different forms. I know I need the p7j bracket to keep my ac. But what brackets do I need to keep my factory ps pump. If I can’t what brackets and pump do I need to use. Thanks if you have a link to a good write up I’ll gladly read it. Also can I keep my factory lines or will I need ls or crv ps lines

I haven't put on a belt yet but I just bolted the civic power steering pump to the crv brackets. You'll find the line touches the valve cover if you do the same. I may end up having to replace it.

Use the 3 bolt aluminum '97-01 CRV power steering bracket. Your '96-00 Civic SOHC P/S pump will bolt directly to it. In my experience, no contact between the valve cover and the P/S line has existed, but if it does, you can simply GENTLY bend the hard line portion of the P/S line to create the necessary clearance. Once installed, the engine and the P/S pump move together... so no more than 1/4" of space is necessary.
