96 ITR complete brake assembly
Someone is offering me 1100 installed for complete front and rear 96 ITR brake assembly incl trailing arms, etc.. PLUS 96 spec rims and new tires.
1. Is this a good deal?
2. Since I wanna do it myself, what should I offer him?
3. How long would u think this would take?
4. Anyone wanna help?

1100 is pricey. I got mines for $750 with the wheels and tires. I even bought Goodridge SS lines for $125 and I installed it myself. These brakes are the same thing as gs-r brakes.its just with a different lug pattern.

I think $1000 for full brake upgrade plus wheels and new tires. is a pretty good price.
If you have the proper tools and some general guidance on how to do this it shouldn't be too hard. Just hope you don't run into a snag like broken/seized bolts.

Re: 96 ITR complete brake assembly (all stock)
honestly for a grand, I would just save up a little more for a ITR 5 lug. At least you get a slightly bigger disc and better calipers.
$1000 is still way over priced. I got tires with mine too. They aren't new but it has more than 85% of tread left. Dunlop 8000 sport tires. Non DOT approved version.
I wouldn't pay no more than $800 for them... and I think $800 is still over priced.
Do a search in the classifieds. I have seen them go for about $800.
