I don't believe so. If you had a 5th gen civic then possible with little modification, but yours is a year too late.

Front will swap right over without any problems.
The rear you will need your hatch's LCA's. Everything else will bolt right up.
I assume you're talking about swapping trailing arms and such. Not just the Shocks/springs?
