96 Honda Civic won't start
I went out to my car and tried to start and it did turn over it, but it then bogged down in a second and died on me. Could it be my fuel pump? Cause my car also had a lag like it wasn't getting enough fuel. And also could it be cuz it's too low on oil?

What are the spec of your car? do you have a Dx, LX or EX? Also is it AT or 5spd manual?? if its 5spd manual have you tried push starting it? How was it driving before this issue ? any symptoms? Any check engine lights?
How is you battery? Can you beep the horn or does it have power to turn on your head lights?
Do you hear the fuel pump turning on when you put the key to the On position? Also what is your fuel level?
For how long did you drove the car low on oil and how low on oil?? The only reason oil will be a factor on a no start situation is only if locked the engine due to driving the car "0" oil days/weeks... When was the last time you changed the oil? Do you have any oil leaks or are you Burning oil?
I recommend that you read the "No Start 101" in the FAQs sticky to narrow down your no start symptoms and also take the time to do an oil change or at least top the oil until you have it at the Max mark.

That's pretty generalized, could be a numerous amount of different things. Everything stated above, along with clogged/dirty sensors on your intake, we need more information.
