K20z3 swap, a2 harness a2 speed sensor prb kpro

I just got done with the swap last week took the car down the road everything went fine brought it back. Yesterday I took the car for about a 10 mile drive everything was fine till I got a .5 mile from the house, the car shut off and would not start back up. No cel when the key is on so about an hour later I found fuse 15 blown alt. I replaced it and got about 100yds blown again so I replaced it again, but it kept blowing the fuse as soon as I turned the key on III. I started pulling relays and moving wires nothing kept blowing that fuse so I unplugged the ecu now the fuse won't pop. I got the car towed home it was late so I came back to it after work today. I had my buddy put my ecu in his car now it would start up and die it would only run for like 2sec, we put my kpro in his ecu and his car would run fine but the other way it would do the same thing. It did not pop any fuses in his car so I put my ecu back in my car with my kpro and it starts and dies but won't pop any fuses. I'm guessing I fried my ecu but I don't wanna spend the money on a new one to just fry it too. I don't know what to do. And my speedo dosnt work.

Ok now we tried my buddy's ecu with my kpro in my car still just starts up and shuts off. So we put his ecu with my kpro in his car and it did the same thing he uploaded the map again and the car started and ran fine. We then pulled it out and put my kpro and my ecu in my car same ****. We uploaded the map again still starting and shutting off. I'm at a loss. Oh and we put my ecu and kpro in his car and uploaded the same map and it would start up and shut off just like my car. His car is a ep3 with a2 swap. Anybody out there have any ideas.
