96 hatch going power door conversion question.
Car: 96 EK hatchback
Donor car: 2000 Civic Si
I know if you have a 96-98 you have to stay with the door/floor harness from the donor car.
But my situation is that i have a complete 2000 Civic and wanted to take everything off it for my EK to have power window/mirrors/locks.
my question is: whats the difference between 98 & 99?
fuse box difference?
tail light plugs are different?
fuel pump connectors? Or
is it the whole Door assembly?
Any info to shed some light on this project would be great before i get started.
please & thank you!

wiring on 99-00 is completely different. floor harness, dash harness, drivers door harness. only thing that is the same is the passenger door. and you can't swap out just the dash harness either. it would be in your best bet to get everything out of a 96-98 ex.
