96 hatch, All dash lights go off for no reason time to time (cluster and climate)

96 hatch, All dash lights go off for no reason time to time (cluster and climate)
Fromtime to time they just go off for no reason then come back on? Its not a fuse so dont say that.
Anyone have a idea of what could be casuing this. I mean I hit the hard a few times and they sometimes come back on. But I dont think it has anything to do with me hitting it. Never had a issue like this b4 with the many other honda's Ive had.
So any idea's

Aftermarket deck works fine when this happens and stay lite, No idea if rear lights above plate work, ill stop and check next time it happens. I also do not run day time running lights as I dont want my hid's on all the time but I most certainly think its nothing to do with that fuse pulled as it has been pull on other hondas Ive had for near 9 years!
And its not the bulbs caue when they work, they all work well and when they go off, they all go off :S
