I'm new here and was wondering if this was the place to ask a question concerning the replacement for a 1996 Civic exhaust. My buddies wife's car has a hole somewhere in the exhaust pipe or even the muffler maybe. I was wondering if it was in the pipe, how many pipes come off of the manifold back to the muffler? And how hard is it to replace them yourself? Is it just a task of slipping off the old one and putting on the new one? Or is there some kind of welding involved? Also, does anyone know of a site online where I'm able to look at microfiche and diagrams of the such. Really not in the mood to go out in this Holiday traffic to go get a Haynes Manual today. Thanks for your help.
