Hey guys, just got a new car.. its a 96 ex with a 99 si front end conversion.. my issue is that the front right running/park lights (the orange bulbs) will not turn on, inless i turn on my turn signal. but if i have my head lights the passenger side bulb will not come on... i do not have the fuse panel cover for under neath the dash, so i cant tell what fuse is for what, and it looks like i am missing fuses.. does any one have a picture of a fuse panel cover so i can verify some things??

Also, have you checked that the bulbs are good?

if it was a fuse i don't think it would work. try changing your bulb or check the wires and make sure they are not kinked anywhere. friend of mines had that problem.

ya looking at it i think it might be a damn wire only because theres three wires from that bulb right?? ones for constant on, ones for turn signal, and ones ground right?? and its a new bulb...

yeah i say check the wires too. ive seen a write-up of someone converting their headlights to be that way.
