- --96 EK W/ B16A2 speedo and tach question-
I just swapped in a B16a2 from my 99 Si into my 96 hatch civic and everything works fine except my tach and speedo dont work. The cluster lights up and the gas and temp gauges work. I have the Si cluster from my 99 Si and it worked before I did the swap. WHAT CAN I DO?

its because you used the obd2b harness with an obd2a car i think you have to use a obd2a ex engine harness, or i would pm katman and ask him hes usually the wiring guru, and he should have an easier alternative

yea the dash harness is different from 96-98 to 99-00 thats prob why... u may be able to repin the harness to get it to work...but u really should of used a 96-98 ex harness
