Default 96 ek rear camber kit

Im trying to replace my rear upper camber kit and when i go to take off the screws that hold the camber kit to the actual car, the screw just spins and spins and doesnt come off. My guess is the welded nut on the back side where you cant see or get too broke off and just free spins without coming off. Anyone have this problem or heard of something like that? And how do i go about taking it off?

Pretty well known issue, unfortunately.

at this point the only options are to cut the bolt(s) and remove the arm. Next, you'll need to cut an access to the welded nuts to re-weld them. (or replace)
then re weld the hole you cut, and re install the camber kits
