96 dx int mani the same as the ex?...

Default 96 dx int mani the same as the ex?...

i was wondering if the int mani on the 96 dx the same as the one on the ex?..i mean the part that bolts up to the head...i know its 2 different mani but can i use the ex on the dx head

the 96+ CX/DX has the intake mani that puts the throttle body facing up to the hood. The EX points the throttle body to the passenger fender.

So the answer is no, they are not the same. They are interchangeable but the EX style is more friendly to aftermarket intakes especially the ones connected to an intercooler

they are not the same design and performance wize. but are interchangeable.
