96' DX hatch power locks power window's question?

96' DX hatch power locks power window's question?
Is the wiring already there on the 96' dx harness to install power windows and locks or is there a different harness needed to do this? This is a question that my friend wanted me to ask for him. Please if you have any smart *** remarks keep them to yourself I just need a strait yes or no answer.
