Default Bearing Clearances? (pics inside)

Starting from the transmission side working my way to the timing belt side. I tried to get the best pics with the measures from the plastigauge but i will include notes on each pic to what it really measured.

#Cylinder 4
Its exactly right at .001

#Cylinder 3
This 1 was slighty off from .001 but headed towards .0015 so i think this was the best 1

#Cylinder 2
This 1 was exactly at .002 (looks like its not but it is)

#Cylinder 1
This 1 was between .0015 and .002 (actually closer to .002)

I dunno if i wanna put the motor together with the bearing clearances i have. Im aiming for 350whp but afriad ill have problems soon once its running.

Before anyone asks. I have built a motor before but my crank was just micropolished with standard size bearings and everything was almost .001 or .0015. Nothing was close to .002 or the full length of .001

The motor is a d16y8. The crank was grinded by the machine shop and the machine shop ordered the oversized bearings for my setup. The bearings are .5 and the crank was grinded .10 or something like that. The block was honed out to 76mm with vitara pistons on eagle rods with arp 1.5 2000 bolts. I looked on the website and its torqued to 43tq on the rod bolts so every picture u see is at 43tq. and that was with oil on the rod bolts sinc ei dont have moly lube and without any residue on the bearing surface or crank before plastigauge.

any comments on what i can do? i tried standard bearings on each side on 1 rod that was measuring .001 and it didnt even smash. than i tried one standard and one .5 bearing and it was at like .002 and i think it was slighty more.

BTW. this is off my manual
Standard new is: 0.028-0.038mm (0.0008-0.0015in)
Service Limit is: 0.05mm (0.002in)

I heard you want a little looser clearances for turbo, probably more like you have. Bump, I want to see what other people say.

I wouldn't use the crank if it's been grinded down. Honda cranks are coated with something, I remember reading lots about this. It's weaker if you grind it down

thats correct. you do want a bit looser clearances not just for turbo, but for any motor that you plan on building and turning higher rpm. the rule of thumb for the polishing and grinding is you DO NOT want to go through the nickel plating on the journal (shiny hard stuff) with out that a turbo motor with the added heat can over time cause the journal to melt or deform which will lead to problems. i have a boosted gsr w/ tolerances on the tighter sie and spun a bearing, make it a bit looser.
