Default 96 d16 ZC swap - engine running problems

If youve read my earlier post you know my engine setup (96 JDM d16 ZC obd2 engine in a 95 DX obd1 chassis) The motor is still bogging under load. I have checked the TPS, its good. I have checked the MAP sensor, its good. I did my ignition timing, its lined up at TDC. The engine has a new distributor, spark plugs, and plug wires. I'm going to check the whole fuel system from pump to rail and see if its clogged. I am using gas that has been sitting in the tank since my d16z6 blew which was about 2 months ago, but I've put 2 bottles of dry gas in the tank. I'm going to drain it and try fresh gas. I was wondering if anyone could throw suggestions my way on some more things to test/check? I'll keep posting as I make progress if nothing changes. Thanks ~joey

sounds like your heading in the right direction to me if its bogging under load seems like its getting enough gas to idle but not enough to actually go

yea, thats what i'm thinking too...after i set my ignition timing the car idled perfectly at 700rpm and when i rev'd it up it rev'd perfectly to 5000rpm. As soon as i pull out of my garage and try and drive, it doesn't wana go any where...it bogs hard and it starts misfiring pretty bad. After checking everything I have to no avail my next step is the fuel system, and the fuel itself.

*I let my buddy wire the obd2 injector connectors to my obd1 harness, could they be plugged in in the wrong order, and would this make any difference?

Do ya think? Maybe go and re-check your "buddy's" wiring job.
